Absolutely! All the Lupos®  shoes of the lines UP 55, LK2, STREET 2 Plus are equipped with the particular Infinergy® System that is able to return more than 55% of energy at every step. The Infinergy® System consists of a special high-tech midsole, a real bearing which, as soon as the foot touches the ground, absorbs the kinetic energy generated by the movement and returns a part at the same instant when the foot is pressed down. The all with great lightness thanks to the elasticity of the material itself.

Infinergy® from BASF is the world's first expanded TPU. It is elastic like rubber but also light and shock-absorbing. Used in safety shoes, it allows you to recover over 55% of energy at every step. It is a particular granular foam that is placed as a midsole and that constitutes a real shock-absorbing pad that as soon as the foot touches the ground, absorbs the kinetic energy generated by the movement and returns a part of it at the instant in which the foot press and hold down.

The soles of the Lupos®  shoes are all made of high-tech non-slip PU / PU and with a 6 mm multi-functional heel that ensures greater adherence to all surfaces.

The work shoes have a limited duration and should be replaced every 6 months even if, apparently, they seem to be in good condition. This is necessary because some of the highly technological materials used for protective purposes deteriorate over time, losing their original protection characteristics. 

All the work shoes of our line have as standard of production, the lining with the innovative Wind3D system that is highly breathable and that has an innovative design of the air tunnel for a better dispersion of moisture created by the transpiration of the foot. In addition, the models of the UP 55 line have lateral air channels for even greater effectiveness.

All Lupos® safety shoes have a non-slip sole with a 6mm polyfunctional heel. The multi-purpose heel ensures greater grip on all surfaces and, in particular, offers greater safety on the stairs.

All Lupos® work shoes use CapLight technology: the 200J perforated aluminum toe cap with breathable membrane weighs 50% less than a traditional model, so as to guarantee lightness in any work situation, in any safety standard required. And the toe cap is also atermic, anti-magnetic and corrosion resistant!

All Lupos® safety shoes have the ESD name on the upper part of the shoe and have electrostatic and electromagnetic protection. 

The EN ISO 20345 standard is one of the European EN safety standards and, in particular, it is the norm relating to safety shoes with a 200 joule resistant toe cap. 

In addition to toe protection, these shoes have a sole that is non-slip, not only for oils, but also for hydrocarbons. In addition, the heel area is structured to absorb shocks and thus protect against impact effects. If a P also appears next to the initials S1, this means that inside the shoe there is also a special anti-puncture insole.

The classification of safety shoes starts from the SB basic protection to get to the most complete S3, passing through the protections S1, S1P and S2.
